Coming out Huguenot Tunnel from Worcester to Cape Town and into the Paarl Valley the wind gets very nasty with trucks (heavy duty vehicles) that's blown up like balloons. They blame the wind but what do U think about these carriers?
These heavy duty truck drivers escape to be arrested because nobody died in the accidents. If there where children involve the driver will be locked-up for years.
